Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules governing the use of the AOCHRIS website and the basis on which AOCHRIS provides its technology, digital and related services.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or purchasing services from AOCHRIS.

References to “AOCHRIS”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to AOCHRIS. References to “you”, “your”, “client” or “customer” refer to the person, business or organisation using our website or purchasing our services.

01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, purchasing a service or otherwise engaging AOCHRIS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase our services or continue to use this website.

02

About AOCHRIS

AOCHRIS provides technology and digital solutions for businesses, organisations and professionals.

Depending on the agreed project or service, our work may include website design and development, e-commerce systems, digital platforms, technology implementation, maintenance and technical support, integrations, automation, cybersecurity-related services and other digital solutions.

03

Our services

The exact scope of any service will be determined by the relevant service description, quotation, proposal, order, invoice or other written agreement between AOCHRIS and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue or replace particular services where reasonably necessary, provided that this does not remove services already paid for and contractually due without an appropriate alternative or remedy.

04

Projects, quotations and delivery

Quotations and project estimates are based on the information and requirements provided to AOCHRIS at the time they are prepared.

Additional requirements, functionality or work requested after a project has started may result in additional charges and changes to the expected delivery time.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing as fixed deadlines.

AOCHRIS is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, content, approvals, credentials, access or other project materials.

05

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any materials reasonably required for AOCHRIS to deliver the agreed service.

Where applicable, the client must:

  • provide content, images and branding materials;
  • provide appropriate access to websites, hosting or systems;
  • respond to reasonable requests for feedback or approval;
  • ensure they have permission to use materials supplied to us;
  • keep passwords and account credentials secure; and
  • comply with laws and regulations applicable to their own business, products, services and customers.

The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of content, products, claims and information they instruct AOCHRIS to publish or implement.

06

Prices and payments

Prices will be displayed on the website or communicated through a quotation, invoice, proposal or other written communication.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available by AOCHRIS.

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, work may not begin until that payment has been received.

AOCHRIS may suspend work, delivery, maintenance or support where an amount that is properly due remains unpaid.

Payment processing may be provided by independent third-party payment providers. AOCHRIS does not control the internal operation of those payment networks or financial institutions.
07

Subscriptions and recurring services

Certain AOCHRIS services, including website maintenance and technical support plans, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Where recurring billing is enabled, the applicable subscription charge will be collected at the billing interval shown when the service is purchased.

A subscription continues until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation options applicable to that service.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally create a refund for a billing period that has already begun or for services already provided, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

When a subscription ends, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, backups, updates or support included in that subscription may also end.

08

Changes, revisions and additional work

Reasonable revisions may be included where expressly stated in the relevant service or project agreement.

Requests that materially change the original scope, structure, functionality or requirements of a project may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

AOCHRIS will normally communicate material additional charges before undertaking such additional work.

09

Third-party platforms and services

AOCHRIS solutions may use or integrate third-party products and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, APIs, email providers, cloud platforms and other software.

Those services are operated by independent providers and may be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and privacy policies.

AOCHRIS cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain continuously available, unchanged or compatible indefinitely.

Where a third-party provider changes its service, API, pricing, policies or technical requirements, additional work required to adapt an AOCHRIS-built system may be separately chargeable.

10

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AOCHRIS retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, reusable methods, frameworks, know-how, tools, templates and components.

Once all amounts due for a completed client project have been paid, the client may use the final project deliverables for the purposes for which they were supplied, subject to any applicable third-party licences.

Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, themes, libraries, platforms and other licensed materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.

11

Security and technology risks

AOCHRIS may implement reasonable security measures as part of an agreed service. However, no website, server, account, network or digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Unless continuous maintenance or security monitoring forms part of an active service agreement, the client is responsible for the ongoing operation, updates and security of systems after project handover.

Clients should maintain appropriate passwords, access controls, backups and other security measures relevant to their operations.

12

Backups and data

Where backups are expressly included in an AOCHRIS maintenance service, they will be performed according to the scope of that service.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients should maintain independent copies of important business data and content.

AOCHRIS should not be treated as the sole permanent storage location for business-critical information.

13

Acceptable use

You must not use this website or any AOCHRIS service to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with systems, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property rights or harm other persons or organisations.

AOCHRIS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or abusively.

14

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AOCHRIS will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated business, or losses resulting from services, systems or events outside our reasonable control.

AOCHRIS is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party hosting providers, payment processors, domain providers, external software platforms, internet service providers or other independent third parties outside our reasonable control.

Any liability will be assessed in accordance with the applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant service.

15

Privacy

Personal information collected through the AOCHRIS website or in connection with our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients using systems created by AOCHRIS remain responsible for ensuring that their own collection and use of customer or user information complies with the privacy and data-protection laws applicable to them.

16

Suspension and termination

AOCHRIS may suspend or terminate a service where a client materially breaches these terms, fails to make payments properly due, uses a service unlawfully or creates a material security or operational risk.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions relating to payment, intellectual property and liability, will continue to apply.

17

Changes to these terms

AOCHRIS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.

18

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws applicable to the AOCHRIS business entity providing the relevant service, unless another governing law has been expressly agreed in writing or mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
