International data transfers

AOCHRIS works with clients and technology providers that may be located in different countries.

As a result, personal information may sometimes be processed or stored outside the country in which it was originally collected.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, AOCHRIS will seek to use appropriate contractual, organisational or other recognised safeguards relevant to the transfer.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including contractual, customer-service, security, accounting and legal requirements.

How we protect information

AOCHRIS may send service-related communications where necessary to manage an enquiry, order, project, subscription or customer relationship.

Where we send optional promotional or marketing communications, we will do so in accordance with applicable requirements and provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe where required.
